Qualifications
Progressing through intensive theory and practical exams, moving step-by-step from Competent Crew to Yachtmaster Offshore skipper.
Vessel overhaul
Rebuilding Quantum Drake from the bottom up, prioritising heavy-weather safety systems, rigging, and ocean navigation gear.
Fear mastery
Controlling panic through continuous drills, man-overboard procedures, and simulated crisis management under genuine pressure.

Ground-up safety and yacht refit
Quantum Drake is being overhauled from the keel upwards. Every through-hull fitting, lifeline, electrical circuit, and safety harness is meticulously inspected, replaced, and tested. We train extensively around our safety equipment so that deploying life rafts, running storm jibs, and handling sea anchors becomes pure muscle memory long before blue water appears.
